Bürkert Australia implemented a formal comprehensive Customer Care programme starting 2005.  This initiative in Australia is part of an ongoing and continual process undertaken by our colleagues globally.  The aim of this initiative is to bring our service, across all business divisions, even closer to your needs and way of thinking.

Our dedicated Customer Care Co-ordinator will make contact with customers in order to ensure they have experienced the highest level of service in all communication and contact with Bürkert.
